Need to submit documentation to the US Civil Aircraft Register? Everything that you will need is right here at the National Aviation Center for Federal Aviation Administration documentation.
US Civil Aircraft Register
The US Civil Aircraft Register is the branch of the Federal Aviation Administration in charge of registering and keeping track of privately owned and operated airplanes not used for commercial purposes. If you’re looking to either join it, update it, or even just consult it, our team here at the National Aviation Center can help you out with that.
Joining the Register
If you wish to join the US Civil Aircraft Register, all you need to do is head over to the initial registration form that you will find right here on our website. Not only will you be able to access the form, but you will also be able to fill it out, pay for the application fee, and submit it to the Federal Aviation Administration without issue. In order to do this, all you need to do is provide the corresponding information about the aircraft and the new buyer whose name it will be registered to. Add the bill of sale to show the purchase was official and you’ll have your certificate of registration in no time.
Updating the Register
This won’t be the end of your documentation journey, though, since you have to make sure that your registration is always kept up to date in order to make sure that it all reflects accurate information. This will be necessary if you are changing the address to which the aircraft is registered, as well as other relevant information. Don’t forget that you will also need to renew the registration before it expires in order to operate your aircraft. You can also do all of these here at the National Aviation Center.
Consulting the Register
Now, let’s say you need, not to join, but to consult the US civil aircraft register database. You can do this in two different ways. If you need basic information about any given aircraft, you can use the Federal Aviation Administration lookup system and look up the given N number. However, if you need more comprehensive information about the aircraft’s ownership and documentation history, then you will need to request a transcript of the title. We also provide the platform through which you can request this transcript.
File Civil Aircraft Forms
At the National Aviation Center, we are well aware of two things: one, that you most likely want your aircraft ownership to be as smooth as your flying, and two, that you don’t want to have to deal with complicated forms and applications in order to do so. To make sure you’re covered on both ends, we have established the ideal platform for all your aircraft documentation needs. This way, you don’t have to worry about the complex aspects of your ownership while enjoying all the best ones. And remember that, should you ever need help during this process, you are always welcome to reach out to our team with any questions you might have.
